Ellen is a highly mobile Agent who dishes out a lot of damage. While in the Roaming state, she can quickly dash across the battlefield and gain Flash Freeze Charges from her Charged Scissor Strike. Certain attacks can be enhanced by consuming Flash Freeze Charges, increasing Ellen’s already formidable damage.
If there are other Ice Agents or Agents affiliated with Victoria Housekeeping Co. on the squad: When Ellen deals Ice DMG, her Ice DMG will increase for a period of time. This effect can stack up to 10 times, and each activation refreshes the duration.

Additional Ability: Rising Storm
If there are other Ice Agents or Agents affiliated with Victoria Housekeeping Co. on the squad: When Ellen deals her Ice DMG, will increase for a period of time. This effect can stack up Ice DMG to 10 times, and each activation refreshes the duration.
Core Skill
By holding or double tapping the dodge button, Ellen enters the Roaming state and can quickly dash across the battlefield.
While in the Roaming state, gain the corresponding number of Flash Freeze Charges when hitting enemies by tapping or holding Basic Attack.
While Ellen has Flash Freeze Charges, she gains the Flash Freeze effect. Under this effect, Basic Attacks and Dash Attacks will consume Flash Freeze Charges to deal massive Ice DMG.
Ultimate Endless Winter
Fall from above and unleash an ice storm then a powerful scissor strike, dealing massive Ice DMG.
