Kevin Owens acted as if he had injured his leg during the match. In fact a trainer came out to check on him too – bit the Prizefighter hit a Stunner out of nowhere for the win. This was the Archer of Infamy’s first loss in a singles match since the Raw following Wrestlemania 37.

While it was clear that Owens was faking the injury, a fan took to Twitter to ask him how he was doing, sarcastically. The former Universal Champion had a hilarious response for the fan. “Still quite tender but I am slowly getting better and I will just keep fighting!” – tweeted Kevin Owens.

Kevin Owens will be a part of the Men’s Royal Rumble match

On the latest episode of Raw, the Prizefighter was announced as one of the participants of the 30-Man Royal Rumble match. While Kevin Owens is one of the Superstars who is heading into the event with the most momentum – it is quite unlikely that he well be managing to go the entire distance.

Owens has immense ability and is one of the regulars in the main-event scene. This is a reason which makes it quite unlikely that he would win the match. Some other rising Superstar could benefit much more from a win. So far, 15 participants have been announced for the match.

WWE Royal Rumble 2022 airs live on January 29, 2022.
