Moscow Murder suspect gets second attorney
MOSCOW, Idaho (CBS2) — Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of stabbing four University of Idaho students to death in November 2022, will be appointed a second attorney.
Court documents state, "It is hereby ordered that an addition death qualified co-counsel shall be appointed."
This comes after his current counsel, Anne Taylor, filed a 'Motion to Appoint Co-Counsel'.
It also comes a week after documents from a January status hearing were released pertaining to Kohberger's representation.
During that hearing, he chose to keep Taylor as his counsel as she told the court, her name was on paperwork connected to a victim's mother, but she was not involved in her proceedings.
