1. ‘Til You Can’t by Cody Johnson

Johnson scored his first No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, courtesy of “‘Til You Can’t.” The singer can’t help but be “excited to see the ripples that this song has created” – which he described as a message of “optimism and focus on perseverance.”

2. Sand in My Boots by Morgan Wallen

This is the opening track to Wallen’s award-winning record Dangerous: The Double Album, which finds him reflecting on failed relationships. It tells the story of a brokenhearted man when a girl he met on vacation refused to come home with him.

3. Buy Dirt by Jordan Davis featuring Luke Bryan

Davis teamed up with Bryan for an ode to a happy Southern life, and the result was an instant hit, “Buy Dirt” landed at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and Country Airplay. Davis admits he never had a song that’s connected like this, and he has his songwriting team to thank for, including his brother Jacob.

4. Fancy Like by Walker Hayes

This ode to the simple pleasures of life will really get into your head. It’s why this song, “Fancy Like,” became a viral hit that blew up the country charts and is remaining at the top for several months now.

5. One Mississippi by Kane Brown

Brown ascends to the top with this country ballad, which clever lyrics describe an on-again, off-again relationship of two young lovers. He can’t help but countdown the moments until the next breakup.

6. If I Didn’t Love You by Jason Aldean and Carrie Underwood

With Aldean and Underwood collaborating in a tear-in-your-beer ballad, what more could we ask for? It was no surprise when it debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, making it the highest-ranking debut for a duet between male and female artists.

7. Thinking ‘Bout You by Dustin Lynch Featuring Lauren Alaina or Mackenzie Porter

Here’s another favorite duet! Lynch revamped this already massive song when he asked Porter to step into Alaina’s shoes after some scheduling conflicts. He couldn’t let a scheduling mishap keep this good song from fans.

8. You Should Probably Leave by Chris Stapleton

While it’s been almost two years since Stapleton unveiled his fourth studio album, Starting Over, its popularity remains strong today as “You Should Probably Leave” keeps on taking over the country world.

9. Doin’ This by Luke Combs

Here’s a reflective ballad from Combs where he expressed his love for music. The song basically says he’d still be performing, even if he’s no longer winning the country’s top accolades on TV.

10. To Be Loved by You by Parker McCollum

McCollum may be a newcomer in the country music scene, but he’s already showing off his timeless bones as he brought a fresh spin and added some edge to an old-school country theme of done-me-wrong ballad.

11. Beers on Me by Dierks Bentley, Breland & HARDY

What started as a promotional idea turned into a laid-back ode to blowing off steam. The song is about friends meeting at a bar to brush off a long week while offering everybody free booze.

12. AA by Walker Hayes

Like his viral hit “Fancy Like,” this song blends an infectious production with lyrics about daily life in the south. But this time, Hayes gets more personal as he sings about parental anxieties and insecurities.

13. Never Say Never by Cole Swindell/Lainey Wilson

Swindell and Wilson join in for a fiery duet about a love that seems impossible to quit. They know they’re no good for each other, but they just can’t seem to keep their distance.

14. 23 by Sam Hunt

Here’s another nostalgic country-pop jam from Hunt as he tenderly looks back on a past relationship, reminiscing about their old trips and conversations.

15. Half of My Hometown by Kelsea Ballerini and Kenny Chesney

The song is an ode to Ballerini’s hometown, and she couldn’t have found a more perfect collaborator than Chesney as she looks back on how her relationship with her native land changed after leaving.
