Elias Kacavas is an American actor. He has appeared on the shows Euphoria and Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, and in the film My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3.

His father, John P. Kacavas, is a lawyer and Democratic Party politician, who was a Member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, from December 6, 2000 to December 4, 2002, and U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, from August 13, 2009 to April 17, 2015.

Elias’ paternal grandfather was Nicholas G. Kacavas (the son of George N. Kacavas and Diana Goulas). Nicholas was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, to Greek parents. He was a pressman and a co-owner of Keystone Press, who worked as a printer for the Union Leader Corporation.

Elias’ paternal grandmother is Betty Colitas (the daughter of Polizois J. Colitas and Alexandra P. Caradimos/Karadimos/Karadinos). Betty was born in Massachusetts, to Greek parents.

Elias’ maternal grandfather was Roy Stanley Henderson (the son of Andrew Chalmers Henderson and Greta May Reicker). Roy was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Canadian parents. Andrew was born in Belleisle, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, the son of David Henderson and Elizabeth Boyd. Greta was born in Queens, New Brunswick, the daughter of Robert Denton Reicker and Minnie Olivia Foster.

Elias’ maternal grandmother was Elizabeth Loue Aschenbach (the daughter of The Rev. Walter A. Aschenbach and Florence Elizabeth Bell). Elias’ grandmother Elizabeth was born in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess, New York. The Rev. Walter was a pastor at a Baptist church. He was the son of Albert Aschenbach, who was German, and of Elizabeth/Elisabetha Wagner, who was born in Canada. Florence was the daughter of Myron J. Bell and Elizabeth Fry De Vol/Devol.

Elias’ matrilineal line can be traced to Mary Knight, who was born, c. 1580, in England.
