Crash cleared after halting morning commute

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Emergency responders have cleared the scene following a crash that blocked multiple lanes in downtown Boise Monday morning.
A vehicle traveling the wrong way down Main St. collided with a vehicle headed the opposite direction. At least one of the drivers was transported by ground ambulance, though the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
The intersection at Main St. and 16th St., as well as multiple lanes on both streets were blocked as emergency responders worked to provide first aid and to clear the crashed vehicles.
